- The high school diploma for war-wounded students (military personnel only) is accepted for registration in the programs of Bachelor’s in Law, Bachelor’s in Media and Communication, in addition to technical institutes.

- The university allocates every term five full scholarships for people with special needs and war-wounded civilians in the programs of Bachelor’s in Law, Bachelor’s in Media and Communication, and Bachelor’s in Management Sciences, in addition to technical institutes.
- Three nominations are allocated to popular organizations, NGOs, or public institutions according to joint cooperation agreements signed with the university.
- Three nominations for the same previously-mentioned bodies, for a reduction of no more than 20% on the course installments.
- Candidates from public and private entities shall take a specialized admission test for master's programs to which they apply after passing the English language test.
